The Alumni and Friends of the Craig School of Business, a chapter of the Fresno State Alumni Association, was established in 1989 to further the interests of The Sid Craig School of Business and its alumni; to establish closer contact between the university and its alumni; to promote activities beneficial to alumni and the university; to assist in the recruitment of students and to provide student scholarships; and to publicize and promote the profession of business.

Major events planned by the Chapter include an annual wine tasting in the fall and an annual golf tournament in the spring. Funds raised from these events, coupled with membership fees, support student scholarships and various programs within the school through an endowment that was established in 2006.
